中科院上海營(yíng)養(yǎng)與健康研究所Andrew Teschendorff研究組（計(jì)算系統(tǒng)基因組學(xué)研究組）因工作需要，現(xiàn)公開(kāi)招聘研究助理1名。工作地點(diǎn)位于上海市徐匯區(qū)岳陽(yáng)路320號(hào)。本研究組在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、癌癥和基因組學(xué)的交叉領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行尖端前沿研究，特別關(guān)注于統(tǒng)計(jì)癌癥表觀基因組學(xué)、單細(xì)胞分析和癌癥系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)方向（研究組簡(jiǎn)介詳見(jiàn)http://www.picb.ac.cn/compsysg或https://aeteschendorff-lab.github.io）。

崗位職責(zé)：

1. 負(fù)責(zé)基礎(chǔ)的研究工作；

2. 負(fù)責(zé)秘書(shū)職能工作，包括科研項(xiàng)目的日常管理、經(jīng)費(fèi)預(yù)算及報(bào)銷(xiāo)；

3. 負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常管理工作：預(yù)定會(huì)議室，購(gòu)買(mǎi)專(zhuān)用設(shè)備和辦公設(shè)備，安排組會(huì)等；

4. 負(fù)責(zé)整理研究組長(zhǎng)的科研成果，維護(hù)與更新研究組網(wǎng)站；

5. 完成研究組長(zhǎng)交辦的其他任務(wù)等。

應(yīng)聘要求：

1. 本科或碩士學(xué)歷，計(jì)算機(jī)或理工科學(xué)位，優(yōu)先考慮計(jì)算生物學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、物理學(xué)或工程學(xué)背景的申請(qǐng)者；

2. 良好的計(jì)算機(jī)技能；

3. 擁有R、Bioconductor或Python編程經(jīng)驗(yàn)者將得到優(yōu)先考慮；

4. 良好的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和書(shū)面表達(dá)能力；

5. 出色的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力；

6. 團(tuán)隊(duì)合作者。

Job Advertisement: Staff scientist/Research assistant position in Computational Biology

Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen to join the Computational Systems Genomics Lab, headed by Prof Andrew Teschendorff, at the CAS-MPG Partner Institute for Computational Biology, Shanghai. The Computational Systems Genomics Lab carries out cutting-edge research at the interface between Statistics, Cancer and Genomics, with a special focus on Statistical Cancer Epigenomics, Single-Cell Analysis and Cancer Systems Biology (see http://www.picb.ac.cn/compsysg and https://aeteschendorff-lab.github.io). The job entails performing basic research in addition to a number of secretarial duties, including basic accounting and translation from English to Chinese and vice-versa. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their academic career, to perform scientific research in Computational Biology, and to improve your communication skills in English. 

Job Requirements: 

(1) A BSc or MSc degree in a computational/scientific discipline, preferably Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics or Engineering.

(2) Good IT skills.

(3) Programming experience in R, Bioconductor or Python is preferable.

(4) Good oral and written English.

(5) Excellent organizational skills.

(6) Team Player.
